We do not rent more than 12 months in advance. There is no availability for May, June, July, November, or December due to legacy or in-house events.

Note: We do not accommodate the following:

  • weddings or receptions
  • private parties or events
  • debut concert events for new artists
  • debut performances of theatre productions

Due to the high demand for our theatre dates, we do highly vet proposed events to ensure that they will be profitable and a good fit for our venue.
