2021-22 Century Bank Entertainment Series at The Grand Theatre

The Grand Theatre in downtown Cartersville has released the lineup for the 2021-22 Century Bank Entertainment Series at The Grand Theatre. “We are thrilled to be able to have our guests back in the theatre and to bring some phenomenal events to Cartersville,” stated Grand Theatre Administrator Matt Santini. “Century Bank’s leadership and commitment to The Grand and our community continues, and we are thankful for their continued support of our entertainment series.”

Season tickets are on sale now. Tickets for individual events will go on sale on Wednesday, October 6th. Season tickets are on sale at The Grand Theatre Ticket Office at 7 North Wall Street in Cartersville or by phone at 770-386-7343. Season ticket holders to the 2019-20 series have the opportunity to renew their season tickets for the same seats now through Wednesday, October 6th. Season ticket holders get a 10% discount off the single event ticket prices with orchestra level seats remaining at $30 each and balcony level seats at $25 each. The Atlanta Pops Holiday Concert will be $35 for orchestra level and $30 for balcony level. Season tickets for the orchestra level are $139.50 each, and balcony level seats are $118.00 each.

After Wednesday, October 6th, single event tickets purchases can be made online at www.thegrandtheatre.org, by phone or at The Grand Theatre Ticket Office. Now all seats are able to be purchased online, and tickets can be printed at home eliminating the need to stand in a “will call” line on the night of the show. Saturday, November 13, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.

$30 Orchestra, $25 Balcony

A cabaret event featuring songs from classic and modern musicals that will feature talented local artists and groups. As the opener for the entertainment series, this concert will allow the Grand Theatre to invite our community to enjoy a concert full of familiar faces and voices. In addition to solo singers and small groups, this cabaret may also feature the chorus programs of several local schools. This production, curated by Music Theatre International, will feature songs from musicals like Les Miserables, Mary Poppins, My Fair Lady, Waitress, Come From Away and many others.

Video auditions will be accepted until October 5th.



Atlanta Pops Holiday Concert

The Atlanta Pops Orchestra returns for this year’s program, under the direction of Dr. Jason Altieri, features a blend of contemporary and familiar holiday classics. This show will also feature local soloists performing with the Pops. The Atlanta Pops Orchestra is the premier provider of live orchestra music programming for the state of Georgia, the southeastern US, and beyond. With a rich history spanning seven decades, the Atlanta Pops Orchestra has captivated audiences throughout the world with a diverse repertoire of popular music.


John Berry

John Berry returns by popular demand, this Georgia singer-songwriter rose to stardom on the country charts of the 1990s with such mega hits as Your Love Amazes Me, Standing on the Edge of Goodbye and She’s Taken a Shine.  During his star-making decade, John placed 20 singles on the county charts, 6 of which went Top 5, with Your Love Amazes Me, scoring a #1 on the Billboard and Radio & Records Country Chart as well as Standing on the Edge of Goodbye and She’s Taken a Shine earning the #1 slot in Radio & Records He has earned multiple Gold and Platinum records over the years. John was nominated for the ACM Top New Male Vocalist in 1994, and he won a Grammy Award in 1996


Collin Raye

Collin will be making his third appearance at The Grand, and he continue to be a fan favorite. He has always been a great storyteller, and he’s built a multi-platinum career bringing interesting characters to life. On his new album Scars, Raye is once again wrapping his distinctive voice around a compelling collection of tunes, but this time in addition to writing nearly every song on the 14-track set, Raye has also embarked on a new musical direction and has enlisted Miranda Lambert, Vince Gill and the Black Keys Dan Auerbach to join the journey. Collin will be playing a multitude of his previous hits as well as his new material.

Henry Cho

Saturday, April 23, 2022 at 7:00 p.m.

Another highly requested artist returns to The Grand with comedian Henry Cho. Henry’s TV credits include appearances on NBC’s The Tonight Show, CBS’s The Late, Late, Show, and NBC’s Young Comedians Special. He served two years as host of NBC’s Friday Night Videos and had many guest roles on various network sitcoms. Henry was co-creator, co- producer and co-writer of “The Henry Cho Show” on GAC. Henry’s one-hour Comedy Central Special, “What’s That Clickin Noise?” is currently running and on Netflix. Henry can also be heard daily on Sirius, XM, Blue Collar Radio and Pandora. He’s also a regular performer at the Grand Ole Opry. Some of Henry’s film credits include Universal’s McHale’s Navy with Tom Arnold and David Allen Greer; Say It Isn’t So with Heather Graham and Sally Field; and Material Girls with Hilary Duff and Angelica Houston produced by Madonna. Henry was the keynote entertainer for The 59th Annual Radio & Television Correspondents’ Dinner and has worked extensively with Vince Gill, Amy Grant, Willie Nelson, Carrie Underwood, Reba and many others. Henry’s clean comedy is so versatile that he can headline Vegas and then tour with Michael W. Smith.
